Policies and Reports
The Monterey County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) periodically issues policies of interest to the many employment and training organizations it funds.
Annual plans and reports are also developed by the WIB and presented to the full board and the Monterey County Board of Supervisors which describes the local WIB’s programs, participant plans and expenditure levels.
The WIB has conducted various labor market studies to include occupational outlook reports, and in-depth studies on the local hospitality and healthcare industries. These labor market reports and studies are distributed throughout the local and statewide workforce communities.
