Youth Council

The Youth Council makes recommendations to the Monterey County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) regarding youth programs and proposals for funding, provides oversight of Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Title I youth programs, and fosters collaboration and integration of youth activities throughout Monterey County.
